What does anyone know about a collection agency called "Academy Collection Service, Inc from Philadelphia, PA? I received a collection notice from them for a debt I owe to Citibank for a credit card past dues account. I guess what I am asking is are they ok to set up payment plans with? I have ran into a couple of no good credit agencies and I am just trying to be careful.
