The SOL in NY seems to be 6yrs- can someone explain to me: When does it take place from- when i first opened the card or the last payment i made.
I haven't kept good records of such things- how do i find out my information? call the bank where i opened the c/c? If i am over the SOL does that mean they cannot sue me?
