I have a court date with Cap1 on Monday(June 28) here in Michigan though the amount is for $1400.00 or somewhere around that amount, I would like to know exactly what you asked for from Capitol One.

That's what I plan on doing on Monday is asking for proof that this particular account that they are asking me to pay is really mine and not someone else's.

Did you ask to see a signature, transactions? Your help is greatly needed here!
