well, im in texas,,but they cant do anything anyways..till monday. lol. ask your lawyer..he knows your state and what best to do. we got foreclosed on during ours...you must re-affirm and make those payments. all the foreclosure meant was they upped the interest...and if we got 10 days behind they sent us a foreclosure thing in the mail. over and over. rollin eyes* charged us like $500 for bs legal fees. but no, they wont kick you out during the BK,,,unless you dont pay. you have to make those payments somehow tho. quickly. they dont like BK and will sure try their best to do something. if the BK is filed...they cant contact you at all. must be thru your attorney. any correspondence you receive.,take to the lawyer. let your lawyer worry for you and explain this to you. and make sure you show in court at every hearing so they dont pull something on you like i got. mine foreclosed with NO court hearing AT ALL. they couldnt kick me out tho as long as i was paid up current. we re-fied to get out that crap...good luck to you. im not sure any move like that is legal to begin with,,,make sure your lawyer stays on top of it..he may can sue them in return for illegal collecting during a BK..others will be along to help who are smarter than me on the legal stuff. :)
