where do you live? state only? and when was the last time they were current ? they will stay on your report for 7 years. if they are SOL, depends on your state, you can send them a SOL letter from whychats site. if its in SOL still..sit tight and wait till its out.,,but they can call anyways..regardless..and it will be there until 7 ys is up on the CRs. watch to make sure no one sues and tries to get a default judgement. SOL depends on date the account was last current..or approx 180 days before charge off.
