entering into a payment plan may well reset the SOL and start a new contract. RUN frm this. do not give them any info..period. do not fall for the lies and schemes. ignore them,..you may be SOL anyways or very close..sounds like a typical debt buyer try to squeeze illegal money from someone trap. dont fall for it. its bs. CAs are full of it.
