paying it is not gonna get a judgement off your credit. it will show as a paid or satisfied judgement. unless you can get them in writing to agree to take it off completely..and ummm, good luck on that. promise one thing..they will do quite another. it sounds like you have a lease and simply want to get rid of it. in that case,,talk to your car dealer and the finance company. cause ,,you dont want all that on your credit. judgements dont just come off cause you pay one. they will spend months, if not years, simply trying to collect with a CA. a judgement is not a automatic thing to have done.
