You need to bring your mortg. current ASAP otherwise the bank can do whatever they want with your house. I filed BK around the same date as you. Right then I had automatic withdrawl for my mortg. payment, but I went immediately to the bank and told them what we did. They ran through everything I needed to do with them to keep my house. Trust me, the bank does NOT want your house, they want you to keep it. That is exactly what my bank told me because we have no equity in ours yet either! But unless you want to lose it, you better get busy and make that payment, because your 3wks behind now and in another week you are gonna have to make another payment or you're gonna be 2 payments behind!!!
