sorryyy hon, sometimes that happens. saw one here who got a judgement on her on a SOL suit. judge didnt care. sorryyyyy for the luck. check your state for exemptions and what they legally can take,, should they decide to try. depends what they can go after in FLA,,what you have as assets...and what they really want to do. i wish you luck! i dont blame you for being mad...i can see why ..:)
