OK, this thing refreshed right in the middle of my post to you.........
So, take a deep breath. Bankrupcy is a fresh start for UNSECURED DEBTS. If you are reaffirming your mortgage, then you need to keep the payments current. Your attorney really should have explained this to you. I don't have an answer to your financial problems. I can only say that you are talking to people here who have felt the way you do. We have felt the despair that you are feeling now. You have a true gift (your child) Focus on the good things in your life.......your baby. Life isn't easy and not even fair, but you will live through this, things are going to get better, you will see. You are not alone in your financial struggles. We have all survived financial sturggles, and you will too. Come and vent if you need to. We will listen. I'm the resident psychologist (not really a psychologist) I listen and do my best to help. Cat, is right here with me on that. Some here know the laws and that's their thing, and you need them, but we (me and Cat) help in our own way. So........feel better....OK
