C and D/Validation

Where can I get copies or examples of a limited cease and desist and the validation letter? I have a couple of CA that I would like to stop calling me. These accounts are not out of the SOL. Do I send the validation first and then send the C&D. Sorry if you have answered this question a million times I tried to search first before asking but I couldn't find either. Thanks
