They can and will file a property lien.

A judgment is good for 10 years.

If you move, and rent out your home so that it is no longer a homestead, they can force a sale.

If you go to refinance, and refinance for MORE $$ than was owed on the morgage at the time of lien, they can attach the overage.

If you go to sell the home, and there is a SUBSTANTIAL equity, it MAY be subject to attachment.
