So what is judgment proof? I am on SSDI (that is the reason I have the very old credit card debt, I was injured at work and fought worker's compensation for six years) I also get an annuity (settlement from Worker’s comp) and state disability retirement. My house is also homesteaded. Now I have some money in the savings... that is my SSDI I it is deposited into my savings account and I just save it. My checking is where I where my state disability retirement and the annuity settlement form workers comp.

Does this make me Judgment proof or can my savings be attached?
