the best way is call and get all 3 reports snail mail. online is not as good. i had to put fraud alerts on 2 of mine to get them. dispute something.
(there wil be something wrong on it, always is..).and you will keep getting them. also, i dont know but texas,, they can freeze our accounts with no notice. the whole point being..if they give notice you will take out the money. the freezing here is in advance of a suit..so you dont hide your assets.(all those thousands i have, uh huh, right).they dont take them yet..only make sure we cant either. bunch more trouble they want to cause and force you to pay. i agree with aimee. dont chance it. they will take exempt assets and its a huge hassle and time to get them back. i also..changed my lifestyle completely. i keep a account to cash checks..is all. let them take 50$. and i keep a few receipts on groceries..utilities..should i need to prove where my money is goin. good luck! i think with a judgement..they can attach any money anywhere they find it. from what i have read on here. however..legally, its complicated and i wouldnt us my views as true or right. i may be totally wrong. lol. i just am not chancing it. welcome to texas!!!!!
