they can attach it all. dont mean they can keep it..but you have to prove to the court its exempt money and where it comes from and get it back. esp that savings...oh man. dont do that. dont have savings. that money is meant to live on..dont keep it in savings! if you can save it..they will see it as you dont need it. keep proof on the rest..as you may be in for a hassle to get it back. i am one of the cautious ones here..unless you want the hassle to fight to get it back.
