Well, for those of you who know my long story of the battle with MCM, the headless cockroach is continuing to scurry aimlessly about. *After* the dismissal of their worthless lawsuit over an expired SOL alleged debt, MCM had the unmitigated gall to add another entry into my credit reports with all THREE CRA's. Last week I disputed them with the CRA's as "fraudulently re-aged, unable to validate since (date of greencard from filed answer). Would you believe that MCM had to nerve to send me a letter stating that they would ask the CRA's to add a note that the entries were "in dispute." But here's the real kicker: "...it would be helpful to have a copy of any documentation you may have that proves your dispute. Please mail or fax cancelled checks, paid letters, police reports, or any other documentation you may have to support your claim to: (800) @$$-H)LE...." EXCUSE ME???? A filed answer disputing their claim and demanding proof isn't good enough for them? Their worthless lawyers, the very ones who couldn't provide any proof and folded like an accordion, can send 'em a copy. ::rubbing hands with glee at the thought of all the havoc she can cause Headless Cockroach:: Ok...what should I do first? I have so many options, it seems (Mwwaahahahahaha!). FTC complaint first? AG? Find an NACA lawyer? I don't want to send copies of the answer to the CRA's, so should I send the SOL letter ANYWAY, and follow-up with the letter to the CRA's? I'm not one who likes to sue for any reason, but these morons are asking for it. ::lighting torches::
