From first hand experience from these scumbags, Bronson & Migliaccio will do just about anything to get to your money. This includes, but not limited to the following:

Harrassing telephone calls, contacting third parties such as your parents or friends, contacting current or former employers, extortion, making threats to criminal prosecution for "fraudulent activity" on the account, using false information to an attorney, etc.

These guys are slick and just downright nasty. I have letters from these weasels and not ONE single letter was signed in ink -- it was stamped, and the signature is illegible.

Again... AVOID THIS SO-CALLED LAWFIRM AT ALL COSTS! They CANNOT sue you from outside their home state, which is New York.
