Did you have a lawyer when you won your case against AAC? What state were you in? What kind of defense did they put up? I hear a lot of times they don't fight back if you fight them on the charges. Do your suit actually go to trial or did it get dismissed pre-trial? Thanks for the info.... it is encouraging to see someone who was sued by AAC and won.
