I'd carefully open their letter, wait until I had to take a dump, wipe my dirty bum with it, tape it up, write refused on the envelope, and drop it in the mail box in front of the post office. I'd then send them the SOL letter. Come to think of it, it's kind of like 2 SOL letters with different meanings, if you catch my drift! I am in the middle of a fight with MCM; can you tell?
