Can't pay what's left after Medicare pays

What are the chances of being sued for the amount left over after Medicare pays? I have tons of bills each under $1000 after Medicare paid, and I told them all I only get $480 SSDI, but they don't care. (I don't qualify for Medicaid and I'm in Nevada)
