You are mistaken, judgments should be removed after 7 years from your credit reports. It is true that a Tn judgment is enforceable for 10 years,however your Mortgage Co. can escrow the amount owed on the judgment for 3 years against any claim. Either that, or you can pay it directly to the Court.Where it will eventually find it's way into the State funds as abandoned property.
