Hi All,
My Mother just received a letter from Riddle and Associates, on behlaf of SCAMCO, offering to settle a 14 year old debt for half the cost! She settled with the original creditor (Discover) 14 years ago, and I thought that CAMCO was barred from collecting in Colorado. Can we go after them for any violations?
