I too went to court last friday with cap1.

The local attorney for them presented no documentation and I denied the account due to lack of knowledge.

The suit was postponed indefinetly and the attorney said they would send me some stuf....what is the stuff?

Do they keep originals over two years?

I know this extension probably cost me more if they prove their case but I feel that it their obligation to prove account, charges and amounts.
