Checking acct with negative ChexSystems

Does anyone know of any banks that will open a checking account for someone with a negative in ChexSystems. It can be an online bank, that is not a problem. I live in Florida. I have checked with some of the local and national banks and they all say we have to wait until the negative ChexSystems info is removed (5 years). Thanks for any help.
