That's what I thought, Drew! How would/could you prove it WASN'T your account? Anything you brought into evidence wouldn't satisfy that judge's burden of proof. The plaintiff would claim you just didn't bring the information for that account to court. You bring your bank statements, canceled checks, and all account statements, the plaintiff could claim you paid by money order and left the statements for that account home. Makes me wonder if the judge and the plaintiff's attorney are golfing buddies!
