This cell phone # 312-895-3749, has benn leaving a call back # 888-249-4134. I called them and they claim to be a collection agency named *Merchants Credit Guide*, but I can not find any info on a CA of that name. Does it mean anything to you? are they lying to Me? Does anyone else know of a *Merchants Credit Guide*? or are the ones in the BBB not listed correctly? Also, I think they might, speculation, have something to do with Encore, or there sub Midland, since they, Encore, have been using an ulisted # of 888-249-4502. Perhaps the final collections dept? They are allready into dirty tricks, using a cellphone to get through any Call-Inerrupt Service.
