Okay, so how do I motion to vacate if I no longer live there?

Recap: Can't locate entity that is listed on the judgment awarded against me in August 1997. I want to file a motion to vacate, but now I live 6 hours away from where the judgment was entered.
Do I have to go there to do it? Do I need a lawyer, or can I do this alone?
Any advice would be helpful!
