Thanks for the info regarding the motion to refuse arbitration award. Do I need to submit my moving papers when I go to court or should I ask for Oral Arguments and present it at that time. What I’m really trying to do is buy some time. Once I get my IRS problems under control (withing the next 30 days), I plan on taking a home equity loan and paying off all of my old debts. I asked the clerk of the court for a continuance but was told only the Petitioner can request a continuance. Do you think I should call E&A and ask them for some time?
