I live in Ca. My last payment was 06/15/02, however, I'm not sure when my account was suppended. Long before my last payment. Moreover, I had missed many payments before that.

E&A has submitted to the court; Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award with an exhibit of the agreement regarding arbitration, a copy of the award document with Wolpoff & Abramson as the Attorneys, Notice of Non-Appearance Pursuant to C.R.C. (that MBNA will not appear), Point and Authorities in Support of Petition, Declaration of Counsel in Support of Petition.

I'm not sure but it looks as if they may not attend.

Once again, should I notify the court that I want oral arguments or should I just show up with the moving papers.

I'm afraid that if I don't notify the court, then I will not be given the time for my motions.

Finally, do you have documents for laches and civil abuse?
