WhyChat, Since you have been on the subject today, Could you break down the legal teminology of OCs included in State debt collection laws for the States I move around in, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Or direct me to a site with info I might find usefull. I appologise for asking to have everthing spelled out for Me, but I am very dyslexic, and having a hard time reading the legalease. Please take your time, am in no rush. Thankyou for sharing your wisdom.
