Yes, it is another scam designed to dupe people into sending $$ to frauds and fakes for instructions on how to "cheat the system" by using mumbo jumbo voodoo fake "legalize" that claims there is no legal right for 3rd party collection agents to file claims on their assigned accounts in the Courts.
