I have no reason to not use my real name here; nothing whatsoever to hide. Then again, I am not an employee of this corporation. Were one of their employees to broadcast what the company is doing, I expect their jobs would be in jeopardy.

All companies who accept credit cards 'incur' (defined as: "to acquire or come into something [usually undesirable]") fees levied by the credit card companies.

you said "never seen a place who charges employees for business."
Rainforest Cafes Inc [at least this location] does.
What I would like to find out is if there are Fedral or State statutes that prohibit this practice. I will follow up on the previous posters suggestion that I contact the Wage and Hour control board.
