If you Opt Out, and wait a year,and send the SOL letter from my website 6 years after your last payment to the CA,and dispute this accountoff your reports, you willbe able to get a better line f credit from a better lender at a better rate, as your credit scores will be improved, PLUS you won't have to "pay" the CA.

What ditech does, is to get the full amount from you at closing and get a kickback from the CA.
