hugsss, aimee. at mine..in texas...it was in a room with the trustee, and all the others scheduled that day. JK was by herself in a room. so i guess all are some diff. no one showed at mine or the others, and all we did was say yes sir, yes sir, and that was it. maybe 15 mins total. the only ones who had people show was a woman who was divorced..her ex's lawyer showed and asked tons of questions to her..and a older couple who lost their trucking business..the bank who owned the collateral showed to set up to repo the trucks. all in all..short experience..with a judge..almost guarantee you no one else will show but you and your lawyer, unless its a divorce or business thing. good luck hon. dont do what i did..and get in trouble all over again and ruin my credit big time. you wait and get a letter saying its discharged in a few months. . make sure in a few more months ALL the creditors know this and its reported correctly on all 3 CRAs. do not get any money for at least 6 months..or assets..or they can be taken. hugssssssss:) dont worry..its no big deal. no one can get away with squat with the judge there anyways. love back to ya:)
