What is the difference between Suit On Account and Breach Of Contract? My county went online recently so I was looking to see just how many cases Midland Credit Management had filed here since the first of the year(21). 10 of them were Suit On Account and 11 Breach Of Contract. The amount of the suits were from barely more than the filing fee to more than $40,000.00, but the amounts didn't seem to determine which catagory they were filed under.
