I myself am dealing with these scum CRA's . But I didn't write to complain today, could someone explain to me how CRA's are able to collect detailed personal data on us and then sell in without our permission. And boldly advertise that they will even sell us a credit report of or on information. Even if the information is not 100% accurate. Do we have grounds for a class action suit and some changes in the laws so that they actually protect the consumer and not line the pockets of big business. Be adviced that one ding on your credit report leaves you open to prejudicial treatment. Because Joe bank rep. doesn't like your perfume or haircut he can us this as his reason for turning you down cold and you have no recourse but to pull your credit report again. Sounds like the old run around to me.
