Before I found this website I received notice that Mann Bracken and Associates representing Bank One had filed a claim with the NAF. Because I was clueless and didn't think that I could do anything about it, I answered and waited patiently for the NAF's answer. Well about a month ago I received from Mann Bracken and ASS. that they filed for an "indefinite stay" with the NAF. Yesturday in the mail I recieved from the NAF where they awarded the plantiff (surprise, surprise) but I also received from the Mann Bracken another letter stating that they filed an "indefinite stay". Does anyone have a clue as to what this means or what I should do next?

Just in case it's important, I live in Michigan.

Thanks,

Kim
