Stuck in ChexSystems...Help Please

I have a negative in ChexSystems and have been unable to open a checking account anywhere. The only thing I have found is a payroll card where you have your check direct deposited onto the card, then you can get it out of the ATM. I have tried the banks listed on this page as being "Non-ChexSystems Banks" but when I contacted them they all said they verify through ChexSystems. I see some states have banks that offer second chance accounts, but you have to live in that state and I have not found any in Florida. Being in ChexSystems is like a five-year prison sentence. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
