hello, I glad to know I'm not the only person to think Citibank has a problem believing fraud exist in America. About 3yrs ago I recieved information from Assest Accept.that I ordered (over the phone) a computer thru Gateway. Beginning cost was $1200, now it's $2613.75. To prove I was a fraud victim, I contacted Social Security Dept of invest.and Washington DC.dept. of invest. sent Citi. info to prove fraud of acct., but they still have different creditors harrass me about acct. Now new creditors want me to re-send police report to their location to show Citibank evidence of POSSIBLE fraud. WHAT!! I have already done this over and over again.. They constantly want me to prove myself but yet they can't prove (I) set up an acct w/them nor do they have a signature from me when I recieved the aledged computer.
What's going on w/Citibank?
