We are an non-profit organization who service patients and there families with a deadly disease. REcently a company called NCL Financial has attached our 4-telephone lines to a recording who calls & presents themselves as "Miss Weeks" plz call me back at 866-437-6488, we called back requesting that they remove our lines from their rotary call-back so that it did not tie up our lines when patients need to call in--we received a very hardy "we'll try to get to it"...a day later we have recieved a call from morning to evening...again we called back to be screamed at, threatened that if we don't like it get a lawyer, *(he accused us of yellin at him when in fact our lines are loud becz most of our patients have disabilities which can cause them to be hard of hearing) but whatever....after upsetting "Edward" who assured us every time we've attempted to get off their list, that Miss Weeks is unavailable, and they are within their legal rights...after several hang-ups, and continued calls we attempted again to be removed with a response of sarcassum and cursing. We have since then been called continuously with a recording in the incoming call about finances...We did offer to call them back as many times as they call our office to return the favor, and when asked who we thought we were speaking with...we assured them "an idiot", we've continued to get more & more calls--blocking attempts by terminally ill patients access to our services because of busy lines. We are frustrated and astounded at the behavior of this telemarketing financial group...anyone who is even thinking of using them..be aware of their tactics to when they are trying to render your service. We have filed a complaint with our local services, got put on a "do not call list" and now trying to file with the FCC as well as writing to our governor...Keep us in your prayers and our patients that their childish behavior does not affect a patient who couldn't get thru to our office.....God Bless
