I am not sure if I understand this but if all they are doing is calling your lines with a automated system you should be able to call your telco and ask them to put a block on that number. Be sure to double check with them what they will do because telco's tend to do some stupid stuff if they misunderstand what you want.

We had over 100 lines where we work and always had some kind of problem and the telcos have many different kinds of options and services to stop trouble makers. Just be sure to ask what they can do AND if there are any costs to do it.
