There is only one way you can be arrested and if this is what has happened. If by some chance they have already had a default judgment against you, and they ordered a court ordered disposition of assets. If your wife ignored all summons and did not tell you about the court-ordered examination of asset, then and only then would you be in violation of a court order. However for that to have progressed to this point, you would have had to have been served a summons, they would have had to have gotten a judgment and then they would have ordered you for a court ordered disposition on your assets. If you failed to show for that and they can prove you have been properly served, then it would be grounds for contempt of court and they could arrest you.

THat is the only legitimate reason I can think for you to be arrested over a debt.

No other.
