Don't get angry with me. I said from the begining that I am totally un educated in legal matters. Sorry I was confusing. Perhaps you want to take a look at even more clarifications as they appear on
the papers I was served with last week.

i fail to see
1- properly served : I have never signed anything coming from them
2- the servings of Summons, etc... were done to my wife who happens to have a different last name. As far as they know the person who signed all the summonses may not even be related to me. The only envelope I have signed for was last week and here is what it shows :
It is from the Attorneys for the CA to the Superior Court of N.J.
It refers to a docket no. which I know is closed, because I called the Court.
It also shows : CIVIL ACTION - Notice of Motion for Order enforcing Litigant’s Right
and announces that the attorneys will move to the Superior Court of N.J. on July 09, 2004 for an order granting relief to litigant, because I failed to obey an Order dated March 22, 2004
to allow Sheriff to enter the premises for making levy on personal property. It also says :
ORAL ARGUMENT is hereby requested.
All based on a Certification in support of the Motion attached.
In this Certification they say that :
- On May, 14, 2004 they obtained a Judgement against me
- On April 2, 2004 they served copies of an Order directing me to allow the Sheriff to enter and
these copies were served by sending them simultaneously by regular and certified mail.
They are attaching as well the Detective Report saying that he was denied entry by a person
in the house whose last name is not mine. This is the lie. That person, my wife, did not. On the contrary , she invited him in to conduct the inventory. He refused and left in anger.
