Privista - Credit Reporting Agency Out of Business

I just found out that the Credit Monitering Agency that I signed up for just went out of business. If you go to www.privista.com, it redirects you to Equifax's web site and a "Sorry for the inconvenience" message. I just paid $49.95 for the Annual subscription. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm planning to go back to Visa and try to get my money back in that fashion. Thanks in advance, for your help.
