It has been 4 years and since then I could not hold a job due to my mothers' disability and sickness to diabetes. I've been fired numorous times and also had to quit because my mother was being rushed to the hospital in a diabetic coma. I would tell the creditors my situation and all I get is being criticized of my mother's health. Also getting rude callings from them, my mother would answer and they would just hang up when she says that I am not home, when I am out trying to get a job so they can leave me alone. But due to my mother's condition I can't leave her alone. Is bankruptcy the best way, eventhough I have only $100 left in my account? Will they help me and accept my last dollars to my name?
