That is my case sky without the hubby BK. We have a mortg., but have only had it for 2 yrs. so there is no equity. How much equity is in your house?? If there really is none you should have no prob keeping it. Secondly, how long ago was hubby's BK. I think you can file every 10yrs. Ifit's been more recent, then you alne could be an option if majority of the debt is yours. We has about $38,000 in CC and unsecured debt total...We had to do BK. Good Luck!!
