Collection Agencies, and other
Business that you allready have a relationship with, Can make an
initial call to your Cell Phone but if you tell them that they are
calling a Privilege Private Cell Phone Line, and are not to call it
again, they must obey that request.

You Do Not have to give the person calling any information besides
the fact that they are calling a Privilege Private Cell Phone Line.
If the person at the other end becomes insistant that they need some
sort of personal information before they will stop calling, you can
inform that person that they are harassing you and you intend to
call the Police if they call you again.

If they call again after the request, the call can be construed as
Harassment. You may then make complaints to you service provider,
local athorities, and state AGs office, as well as the FTC.

Phone Harassment is a Crime and should not be tollerated in any way.
