I guess we live in a good area then because we have only lived in our condo for over a year and bought it for 109 and it is already worth close to 130.
Hubby's bk was in 1997 I believe? I know it has been 7 years or close to it anyhow. We have about 19K in unsecured debt. And the majority of the debt is my husband's.
So if they can get us a few thousand dollars to pay down that big stinking credit card, then that would be okay too, although it would nice to pay it all. I have given up trying. I GIVE UP!!!
