I have a hearing scheduled for July 04. Attorney says client will not take less than owed, says I can take a consent judgment and setup payment plan. What happens to the consent judgment, is it public record like a default judgment? Attorney says they will cancel judgment after account is paid in full. Attorney says they can not confirm that Plaintiff, MBNA, will correct credit report to show "paid as agreed". She says it is up to the CC. What should I do?
