HELP arb refusal letter and cease/desist

mbna has sent wolpoff and abramson a debt in my name. it was charged off in mar 2003. now im waitnig for an in-person arbitration from NAF. will the refusal to arbitrate and a cease and desist letter be valid for me? Ive denied all their claims in my response and the sent me statements for the account for half the time they say i had the credit card. the also sent court rulings saying ive accepted aribtration because i never declined it when it was sent in my statements. any ideas what i can do?
